How ASCEND Works

ASCEND works in four steps: browse the marketplace, pay into escrow, receive credentials through secure delivery, then verify the account and release payment. Buyers have 48 hours after confirming delivery to open a dispute for a full refund.

How ASCEND works: choose an account, pay into escrow, receive the credentials, confirm delivery. Sellers are paid only after you approve the trade.

The 4-Step Trading Process

  1. Browse the Marketplace — Search by game, rank, price, or features. Every listing shows the seller's verified status, delivery method, and recovery risk rating.
  2. Pay via Escrow — Complete checkout with any method currently enabled for ASCEND through PayMongo, or in USDT crypto. Your payment is held by ASCEND — not the seller.
  3. Seller Delivers the Account — Credentials are sent through ASCEND's secure delivery system. Instant Delivery listings send credentials automatically within minutes.
  4. Verify and Release Payment — Log in and confirm the account matches the listing. Once satisfied, release payment. If something is wrong, open a dispute within 48 hours for a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I forget to release payment?
If you don't confirm or dispute, ASCEND support reviews the trade and may release payment to the seller after manual review, so sellers are not left waiting on buyers who ignore delivery. Always confirm or dispute promptly.
Can the seller see my payment information?
No. Payment details are handled by PayMongo (a BSP-licensed gateway) and ASCEND. Sellers only see that payment was received — never your card number, GCash number, or bank details.
What happens if a dispute is opened?
Both the buyer and seller share their evidence in the trade chat. ASCEND's support team reviews the delivery records, screenshots, and communications and aims to rule within 48 hours; complex cases can take up to 7 days. Buyers who are ruled in favor receive a full refund. Sellers who are ruled in favor receive their payment.
Is there a time limit on opening a dispute?
You must open a dispute within 48 hours of confirming delivery. After that window closes, the transaction is considered final. Do not release payment until you've verified the account is correct.
What do I need to start buying on ASCEND?
An email address and a payment method. Registration takes under a minute, buyers are not required to complete KYC, and you can browse the full marketplace before signing up at all. Sellers are not required to verify either, though completing KYC earns a Verified badge that buyers can filter for.
